Ingredients required to Make Fry

  1. Any vegetable – Ό kg
  2. Chilli powder – 1 spoon
  3. Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
  4. Coriander powder – ½ spoon
  5. chilli – 2-3
  6. Garlic cloves – 5
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Mustard seeds – ½ spoon
  9. Cumin seeds – ½ spoon
  10. Urad dal – ½ spoon
  11. Chana dal - ½ spoon
  12. Curry leaves – few
  13. Oil – 3 spoons

Procedure to Make Fry

  • Wash the vegetable and make into small pieces.
  • Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes in salt water.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, broken red chilli and crashed garlic cloves fry for few seconds.
  • Then add cooked vegetable (don’t add water) fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste mix once and close lid cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • When the vegetable turns soft now add few coriander leaves mix well and turn off the flame.
  • Now tasty fry recipe of your choice vegetable is ready to serve.

Fry Cooking Time

It takes about 15 to 25 minutes of time to make fry.
