1 table spoon of Mustardseeds&Jeera
1/2 table spoon of Turmaric powder
2table spoons of oil
Process
Take Mullangi and cut them into pieces
Then grind mullangi with Green chillies and tamarind
Take a pan and put oil,Mustard seeds and jeera.Then put chopped onion and turmaric powder.
Then finally put grinded mullangi .Then fry it for 3or4 min
