Ingrediants
green mango - 1
fenugreek 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
sesame seeds 1 tsp
for seasoning:
musturd seeds
cumin seeds
dry chillies
asafoetida
curry leaves
Process
cut mango and cook it for 15 min.squeez the pulp and add another 1 cup of water to it.add salt and turmeric powder to it.
roast fenugreek and cumin seeds together and make powder.
roast sesame seeds and make powder.
add these two powders to the mango pulp.
season it with musturd seeds,cumin seeds,dry chillies and asafoetida.
garnish it with curry leaves.
this is good with rice and very good diet during summer.
